<p>Chapstick has been adopted !!!!<p><br/><p>Chapstick is a tiny tri smoothie with an undocked tail. He is about 4 years old.</p><br/><p>&nbsp;</p><br/><p>Chapstick came from a situation where he was chained on an outside porch. He had already been in at least two other homes. He was filthy dirty and his skin was chewed raw from fleas &amp; corn allergy. Despite all this, Chappy is the sweetest happiest little guy with an ever-wagging tail. He gets along very well with most other dogs, and he loves people. He is great with kids. Chappy crates very well, walks well on leash and is a great off leash hiking companion. He is not a barker.</p><br/><p>&nbsp;</p><br/><p>Chappy has one flaw - don't we all ? He chases his tail &amp; spins when excited, and this is a nervous habit which will need some time &amp; patience to amend. After only a few days in rescue - clean &amp; well fed, he is already doing less tail-chasing, but this is a really firmly entrenched behaviour which he may never completely lose.</p><br/><p>If you are looking for a mole hunter extreme, Chapstick is your man. He will dig three feet down to locate and eliminate a one ounce mole. A rural setting with lots of small varmints and another active dog to play with would suit him to a T. Chappy lives to hunt and play ball, and he is not a wanderer.</p><br/><p>&nbsp;</p><br/><p>Chappy is located in Clatskanie, Oregon.
