Chaplin's Story

Meet Chaplin, the silent-film star of the dog world who is ready to bring a whole lot of comedy and heart to your home!

After a brief stint adventuring as a stray, Chaplin has decided that the "indoor life" is much more his speed. He has been the ultimate gentleman as a foster guest-well-behaved, quiet, and incredibly grateful for a soft place to land.

Why You'll Fall for Him:
A Certified Professional: Chaplin is already potty trained and crate trained. He's even learning to love his kennel more every day (especially when a tasty treat is involved!).

The "Chaplin Smile": He might start off a little shy, but once he knows he's safe, he will literally smile at you. It's the ultimate reward for winning his heart.

The Resident Goofball: Give this boy a fenced-in yard and watch the show! He lives for his zoomies and has a playful, quirky spirit that is pure joy to watch.

Social & Sweet: He is very friendly with people and gets along great with the other dogs in his foster home.

His Perfect Match:
Chaplin is a loyal soul who takes his job as a companion seriously. Because he's a sensitive guy who can be a little timid in new situations, he appreciates a proper introduction to new friends. Once he knows you're "his" person, he's all about the cuddles and affection.

He's an active boy who loves his walks and the great outdoors. Just a heads-up: he considers himself a professional squirrel scout, so a secure yard is a must to keep his focus on his zoomies rather than the local wildlife!
