Chang-URGENT

Chang appears to be a purebred Shar-Pei. He is Tan and wrinkly in the neck. He came in as a stray with an embedded chain wrapped around his neck. That doesn't slow Chang down though. He is scared at the shelter but in a home environment he is good with kids, cats, other dogs and appears to be housebroken. Chang is available for adoption ASAP.
