Chandler is a spunky young Coonhound mix; approximately 1 - 2 years old, and weighs 52 lbs. Since we don't know his exact age, he could grow to be over 60 lbs; but likely not more than 65. Chandler is energetic, excitable, and playful. He is sweet and affectionate, but he does have a lot of energy, so stimulation is key for him to thrive in a home. This is typical of Hounds. He loves to run; an active family who takes him for long walks/runs would be great. He gets along well with other dogs, but has some assertion over food, so a meeting with any dog in the home is recommended prior to adoption, and separate feeding is a must. He is highly motivated by food, so this will make training easier. He does need some work on not jumping up to greet you, and some basic manner training, nothing extensive. <br/><br/>The fee to adopt Chandler is $200; this includes: neuter, vaccines, de-worming, HW test and a microchip.
