Chance's Story
Chance was involved in some accident and was rescued by the Holly Lake Dog Shelter. We believe he was a bait dog. He has half of his Left ear missing, and currently, several bones are smashed in his leg. Chance’s leg wound and bones are healing nicely, and though he may always have a limp, he is expected to make a full recovery. He is also missing some teeth or are half broken, but that does not stop this beautiful boy from eating. Chance is calm and learning to trust again. He is very quiet and wants to be in your company at all times. He is believed to be between 4 to 6 years of age. He is severly under weight, but he is eating and he is slowly gaining weight. Chance is currently with a foster but needs his forever home and show him that not all people are cruel.
