Meet Chalula - a devoted mama ready for her own fresh start.<br/><br/>Chalula is a female Chihuahua mix who came to us from MADACC after arriving there with a male Chihuahua mix and her puppies. Her puppies were adopted while at MADACC, and now Chalula's turn has finally come to find a loving home of her very own.<br/><br/>Chalula is a sweet girl who truly enjoys people and appreciates gentle attention and companionship. She does well with other dogs and has been great with kids. While she hasn't been cat tested yet, we believe she would likely do well with slow, thoughtful introductions.<br/><br/>After giving so much as a mama, Chalula is ready to be someone's cherished companion-enjoying comfort, love, and all the attention she deserves. <br/><br/>All of our dogs are dewormed, spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, and heartworm tested if they are old enough. Shelter From The Storm's Adoption Policy
Minimum Requirements: - Applicant must be at least 18 years old. - If applicant rents, landlord must verify pet policy. - All pets in the home must have their rabies vaccine. Out-of-state applicants are welcome to apply but must come to us to meet and adopt the animal. We are unable to transport them to another state and will not put them on a plane to another state or country by themselves.
