Chad's Story

Chad is a handsome, happy dude that came to the shelter as a stray. He's not able to tell us much about his past, but we know he is excited about his future in a loving home! After a couple days of decompression, this guy can't get enough human attention. He loves to be rubbed and scratched and will also chase toys that you throw for him. He's working on the "bring it back" part of fetch but will have it down in no time if that's what you want to work on. Chad keeps his kennel clean overnight and throughout the day, suggesting that he is housebroken. He doesn't pay much attention to any of the other dogs in passing here at the shelter, but we have not had him loose with any other dogs yet. If you are interested in meeting Chad, call the shelter at 906 632 2519 to set up an appointment. Please call for the quickest response to inquiries as those submitted through FB, Petfinder, and email are not always closely monitored.
