Cesar's Story
Meet Cesar! Currently in foster near Portland, Oregon! Cesar is a loving pup who is thriving in foster care. He is a tripod due to a severe injury to one of his back legs as a puppy when rescued, which sadly had to be amputated--but that hasn't slowed him down one bit! Cesar is incredibly resilient, full of love, and ready to find his forever home where he can thrive and be cherished. He loves other dogs, and loves being with people. He is ok with cats, but does chase if they are active. He is potty trained, loves foraging for berries, and talking like a typical husky :).
