Ceres's Story
We want to introduce you to the most out of this world, high in the sky, goddess, Ceses. We aren't referring to the asteroid, but to our adorable, loving little Ceres.

Miss Ceres doesn't orbit Mars and Jupiter, but she would like to 'orbit' around her new family. She is a 5-month-old mixed breed currently weighing 28 pounds. We estimate this little planet, ahem, pup, will be medium-sized, approximately 50 pounds, once fully grown. She is playful and silly with the sweetest demeanor. Ceres is fine with other doggie 'planets' orbiting around her. The miniature-sized humans are welcome into her galaxy as well. She appreciates when they approach her respectfully. Do you have toys? Well, she likes those too! Do they squeak? Even better!

Ceres is working very hard on her puppy manners and the skills she needs to be the bestest grown-up doggo. She sleeps in her crate at night and is trying really hard to remember to tell her humans when she needs to go out to do her business. When she is on a regular schedule, she does great and doesn't have accidents in the house. Sweet Ceres is also working on her leash training. She gets better and better each time she practices.

Ceres would love a home with an active family who is willing to take the time to train a puppy. A fenced yard would be a bonus and another dog to play with, but she also likes having someone to cuddle. We asked her foster mom what made her fall in love with Miss Ceres. She told us her playfulness and how sweet and cuddly she is. Sounds like a great combo to us!

Ceres is spayed, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipped, and current on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. Her adoption fee is $275. To meet this darling little asteroid/planet, float on over to PawsitiveTailsKC.org to complete an application. Once approved, a meet-and-greet will be scheduled.

Don't let this darling get away and orbit around someone else; grab her while she's still available.

APPLY @ PawsitiveTailsKC.org
