Celo is a young girl seeking a family to help build her confidence and show her that people are kind. She is stressed in the shelter and will likely do better once she's in a home and given some much deserved TLC. When meeting new dogs, Celo was able to offer loose body language and parallel walk with others without issue. She is curious about her environment and tends to get focused on things outside. Celo does seem to know Sit and is food motivated which will make continuing her reward-based training easier and fun.
