Celly was picked up by a local shelter after she had been shot in her rear leg. She can walk and run on her leg no problem, but may sometimes hold her leg up to move faster. Celly is scared of people as they haven't really treated her nice lately. Celly loves other dogs and wants to be in the room with people after they gain her trust. Celly is scared of sudden movements by people, but will lie on the end of couch that people are on. Celly will let you pet her if you go slow. Celly needs a secure fence and another dog to help her with confidence of people. Celly is house trained, crate trained, leash trained, and does well in a car. Extra care needs to be implemented when transporting Celly. If she gets spooked by people, she may try to pull away and run.
