Cedric's Story
Cedric is an all around bundle of joy. He is happy, bouncy, sweet, and always up for some fun with his human friends. He radiates sunshine and charms everyone he meets.

Ceddy would do well in most homes and would love one where he had someone around a lot. He does have some separation anxiety when he is left alone and can get barky so a home that doesn't share walls with other dwellings would probably be best for him. While overall he is healthy he does have a few small issues that will need to be monitored. He has a grade 2 heart murmur which will just need to be monitored and is not causing him any issues. A collapsed trachea which sounds a lot scarier then it is. Mostly it just causes him to cough in a way that makes him sound like a goose honking but doesn't bother him beyond that at this time. It is something that his family would have to keep an eye on though. He also did test positive for Lyme disease and was treated with the recommended course of antibiotics. He has not shown any symptoms but he may continue to test positive in the future. Finally he had a suspicious lump on his throat but we did have that surgically removed and it was discovered to be a simple cyst, is nothing to worry about, and should not return. He is still a work in progress with his housebreaking so his new family will have to have patience with him.

Cedric is around 9 years old as of 9/19/25.

If you would like to meet this special dog, please email dogs@lunashouse.org to get more information.
