Cedella

Cedella came into our rescue just days old with her brothers and mom. Her mom, Rita, was left outside on open land, never given proper veterinary care, never spayed and when her owner found out she was pregnant, she was dumped. Thankfully our rescue stepped in where Cedella has grown up in a safe and healthy environment. <br/><br/>Cedella is VERY small at roughly 1 lb. and we believe she will remain small (she is about the size of a newborn kitten). We believe that she is a pom/chi mix (as with all rescues it's always a best guess). Cedella will need someone very gentle and someone that is familiar with dogs this small. Due to her size, we will NOT consider applicants with large breed dogs at home nor children under the age of 12.<br/><br/>Personality wise, Cedella is sweet, affectionate and still a puppy that wants to play! Cedella will need someone understanding that a puppy is a "baby", and that training will need to continue. She is fearless and likes to leap into your arms, so she definitely needs someone that is very observant.
