Ceasar

Ceasar is an older neutered male poodle. He loves to tell you everything that's on his mind but as soon as you pick him up, he is putty in your hands. We think Ceasar would do best in a home where its quiet and he can find a nice lap to sit on. He seems to do fine with other dogs but gets nervous when there is a little too much commotion. We aren't sure how he would do with cats or small children but we are sure he would be fine with a good introduction and not too much excitement.
