Catnip's Story

This adorable, sweet, quiet, 2.5 year old beagle is dreaming of his furever home. He is not your typical beagle and doesn't really have a prey drive. He is relatively quiet and calm, loves to cuddle, but does have a playful side. It may sound too good to be true but he is the real deal. He has had some leash training, and will just need some help with finishing potty training and basic commands. He's a bit on the shyer side, and seems to get along with some dogs and kids, but would probably prefer a quieter household with smaller dogs and older kids. He loves going for walks and playing in the yard, it's the cutest thing when he gets the zoomies! He's going to be someone's best buddy!

Catnip is one of our heroes because he has dedicated his first few years of life to research and now needs someone to give him an amazing retirement. He has been doing so well in foster care he is ready for his forever home!

Apply to adopt him today at https://homesforanimalheroes.com/giving-homes/adoption-process/
