Caterpillar would do best in a quiet, active home with a calm and encouraging family who will give her the time and support she needs to continue coming out of her shell. Hawaiian Humane Society's Adoption Policy
A photo ID is required at the time of all adoptions. Hawaiian Humane operates on a first come, first served basis, if you complete a questionnaire for a particular pet online, that does not reserve the pet. To best serve you, check in at least 30 minutes before closing to meet with an adoptions representative. Please note that if you wish to conduct a meet-and-greet between your dog and one of our available dogs, due to the high volume of visitors, you may be asked to wait outside our gate with your pet until an adoptions representative is available or reschedule for a different day.
