CATALINA's Story

Catalina. Oh Catalina.

You may remember her getting adopted last year.

Unfortunately, she’s back at the shelter. And for an already anxious dog, a shelter full of barking dogs is a lot.

Let’s talk about Catalina. The good stuff. The bad stuff and why you should consider adopting her.

Let’s get the bad stuff out of the way first… she has anxiety. She will need to be crated whenever you’re not home. Her crate will need to be her quiet place.

She will climb over or dig under a fence(probably more than likely dig under) if left unattended.

No cats or small critters for her please(maybe small dogs, we can figure that out though).

Now, let’s talk about the good things. And there are a lot of them.

First and foremost, she’s tiny and full grown! She’s probably about a year and a half at this point and after playing with her yesterday, she can’t weigh more than thirty pounds. She’s a petite little queen.

She loves loves loves love. She will lay there for hours if you rub her belly.

She’s loyal. She’s sweet. She’s funny. And with a little work and love and understanding she would be a perfect dog for you.

She’s worth it.
