Cassidy's Story

Cassidy and Kyra were on their last hours at the shelter in SC when we rescued them! Cassidy would thrive in an experienced home that loves outdoor activities, walks in the woods, playing, and a fenced yard to run and play would be a bonus! He has learned excellent recall skills, is potty trained, has medium energy, loves going for walks, and has really bloomed into an amazing, handsome, and well-behaved dog! Many shelters and rescues specify breeds based on appearance; however, research has shown that less than 2% of a dog's DNA determines appearance! Passion 4 Paws does not practice the use of labels pertaining to compatibility with others or dog breed. Labels such as "dog friendly" and "child friendly" should be used with caution as they often over-simplify the personalities and behavior of dogs.
