My name is Casper, but don’t worry, I won't ghost you, ever. I love to be next to my people. I am an excellent cuddler. I am only 12 weeks old, so I have a lot of learning to do. I will brag that I am doing pretty good at going potty outside. A 10 pound puppy needs to play and mess around, I am very good at doing that. I am a sweet and curious boy that is looking for a family to haunt…..err, I mean love.
