When Casper first came to the shelter, he was extremely emaciated so he wasn’t posted for quite some time, not until he regained his health and got back to a healthyweight<br/>He’s a young dog probably around two years old. He’s very playful. He loves to run. He can jump very high so if he lives in a home with a fence, it shouldn’t be a 4 foot fence or he’s going to be running in the neighborhood. Casper needs a 6 foot fence. He would love a family with older children 13 and up he likes many but not every dog. We don’t know about cats a funny thing I can tell you about him is if you’re wearing a hat beware because he’s going to take it off your head. We’ve actually seen a video of him doing something like this more than once Casper is a fairly small dog in the 40-42 pound range.
