He's wonderfully chill overall, but don't let his age fool you; he still loves to play and can absolutely keep up with younger dogs when the mood strikes!<br/><br/>Cash does great with other dogs and has earned rave reviews everywhere he goes, including sleepovers at guest foster homes and outings in public settings. He's the kind of dog who settles in easily and just wants to be part of the family.<br/><br/>Like many loyal cattle dog mixes, Cash can be a little cautious with new visitors at first. Thankfully, he's extremely comfortable in his crate and often chooses to relax there on his own. He settles beautifully when crated and is calm, quiet, and content while his people are away or when company visits.<br/><br/>Cash is also highly food motivated (mealtime is serious business!) and would thrive in a home looking for a sweet, easygoing companion who still enjoys life's little adventures.<br/><br/>Cash is currently heartworm positive, but he is doing extremely well and showing great improvement throughout treatment. Please do not let that scare you away from giving him a loving home.
