Casey's Story
Casey & Cody

This is Casey, who was found with her brother Cody.

Please meet Casey and Cody, two survivors! When first found abandoned on the streets, these two siblings were in some of the most heartbreaking and horrible shape I’ve ever seen. To see these beautiful pups now you would never know how tragic their beginning was. In fact when I saw them a couple months later, I didn’t even recognize them. They had to be pointed out to me and I couldn’t believe it was the same puppies!!! They have been nursed back to health and are now with me as fosters.

As brother and sister, these two are close, but not a bonded pair and can be adopted separately. In fact, they would be best in a home with another confident, dog. At about 9-10 months and just under 30 pounds. They will probably not get much larger.

They are timid, sweet pups and just learning the ways of world. Casey, the little girl, is a bit more confident than her brother Cody. They are adapting quickly and certainly loving life in a warm and cozy home with lots of good food, toys and soft beds. My brave little ones have also mastered the leash and love their walks! They have learned a few basic commands. They are very quick to learn and eager to please.

Both are complete snuggle buddies with me, but are still a bit uncertain of my husband. They are pretty mellow puppies and certainly enjoy the company of my dogs.

They need a home that is willing to show them patience and guidance. I think they would do best in a pretty quiet home. Once they understand that they are safe and loved they really blossom.

Please reach out to the rescue or to me her foster if you have any questions or would like more information. Happy to make arrangements to meet.

Robin
rldaniels18@gmail.com
480-283-5889
