Our handsome Casey is 45 pounds of joy and zest for life. At about a year old, he's an energetic adolescent who just wants to make friends with everyone he sees, animal and human. He plays well with children and doesn't seem to get excited about cats. He is neutered, vaccinated and ready to start a new life.<br/><br/>Casey would fit wonderfully into a loving, active family with children or with an individual looking for an at-the-ready, loyal companion. We can arrange to meet you at the shelter during or after open hours at a time that works for you. Shelter hours are 9-3 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, and 10 to noon on Saturday. It is always best to make an appointment by calling or texting 859-420-0175. If the phone is not answered right away, please leave a message and your call will be returned quickly!<br/><br/>We require an application. We can send you a copy by email, you can download one at fopcp.org, or we can arrange a time to fill one out over the phone. The fee covers the mandatory spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, dewormer, and first round of flea and tick preventatives. We accept cash, checks, and a QR code on the application allows you to pay by credit card, Pay Pal, or Google Pay. <br/><br/>We are happy to answer any questions you may have!
