He makes friends with every dog he meets and serves as the greeter at our boarding facility. Every dog loves to hang out with him, and he's an integral part of our dog testing team. Despite his incredible friendliness with other dogs, Carter is terrified of humans, which makes finding a foster or adopter challenging.<br/><br/>Carter continues to live happily in boarding, where he has lots of friends and is a staff favorite. He's learned the routines and cohabitates peacefully with humans, but he prefers to keep his distance. While Carter is available for foster or adoption, it's essential to understand and respect his limitations.
