This sweet little guy is energetic, playful, and absolutely loves romping around with his foster brother, Benito—so much that he’ll run until he’s completely tuckered out and ready for a well-earned nap.<br/><br/>True to his affectionate nature, Carter is a total "Velcro dog" who believes he’s a lap dog! He loves climbing up his foster parents’ legs to be picked up and carried like a baby.
