Carter came into the local pound…just skinny as can be! He is currently on a healthy weight gain diet and will soon be as good as new. Carter is very food motivated and smart as a whip. He loves everyone and is currently fostered with other dogs, cats and small children. He is working on is potty training and is used to being kenneled when left alone. Carter has been spayed/neutered, heartworm tested negative, wormed and is up to date on all shots.
