Carter, Labrador Retriever, Black, Male neutered, 4 years old <br/>Carter is a sweet boy. He loves getting attention and lots of pets. He would benefit from some additional training and socialization, but he is very food motivated and eager to please! Carter would do best in a home with children over the age of 10, as he may be too much for younger children. He is reactive towards other dogs, and does need a home where he can by the only dog.

Ocean County Animal Facility - North's Adoption Policy

Our General Adoption Policy: -Everyone in the house-hold (for dog adoptions this includes any dogs that live in the home) need to meet the pet prior to adoption -Proof of Residence – Homeowner: mortgage statement or tax bill. Rental: lease with pet policy stating any specifications of breeds and number of animals allowed -Driver’s License or valid proof of identification -Fill out an Adoption Questionnaire and get it approved by Facility Management -Exact Cash or a check with an address matching that on the Driver’s License (Dogs are $60; Cats are $55) ALL ADOPTIONS ARE ON A FIRST COME/FIRST SERVE BASIS. WE CANNOT PLACE ANY HOLDS ON ANY PETS.
