She needs some time but she is figuring it out!<br/><br/>What Carmen needs in a family.<br/>* She will probably do best with a quiet family with no young children.<br/>* A family that likes to just hang out at home and snuggle all the time. She is also learning it's fun to play outside.<br/>* She is going to need someone that is willing to take their time with her. Show her that there is lots of love in this world.
