Carmen is a ~1 yo border collie mix rescued from MS. She has just finished raising a litter of puppies. She weighs 38 lbs . She is spayed, vaccinated and HW negative. She is crate trained and house trained. She is good with dogs of all sizes. We would prefer a home without cats.<br/>Carmen can jump up on a bed and in a car.
