Carlos is friendly and loyal, and loves nothing more than a good snuggle. He is also very playful, which is why we believe he'll live his best life with other small dogs to play, learn proper potty manners and keep company. Carlos has been let down by multiple families these past couple of years so shelter staff will vet new adopters more strictly than we generally do for our larger dogs.<br/>Carlos is current on his vaccinations, microchipped and neutered.
