She has a gentle, easygoing nature that makes her a wonderful companion.<br/><br/>Carli does best with dogs her size or larger (35 lbs and up), as she can be a bit bossy with smaller dogs. With appropriately matched canine friends, she does just fine. She is crate trained, housebroken, and knows how to use a dog door, making her an easy and well-mannered house guest.<br/><br/>She walks great on a leash and truly enjoys her walks, but she’s not overly energetic—Carli is a pretty calm girl who’s just as happy relaxing at home after some fresh air.<br/><br/>If you’re looking for a sweet, steady, and loving dog who would thrive in a peaceful home with medium-to-large dog companions (or as your one-and-only), Carli could be the perfect match<br/><br/>Please understand you are committing to providing a good home for her entire life (up to 15+ years or more).<br/><br/>You must be committed to housebreaking, age-appropriate enrichment and exercise, leash training, grooming needs, and positive socialization. Like most puppies, she may chew on anything within her reach to include but not limited to baseboards, shoes, socks, children's toys, electrical cords, plants, etc.<br/><br/>Her adoption fee is $200. This includes her spay surgery, rabies vaccination, Nobivac® Canine 1-DAPP vaccinations, Bravecto®, Drontal® Plus, Tri-Heart® Plus Chewable Tablet, 24PetWatch® microchip, and leash and collar.<br/><br/>Please be aware that puppies and small breed dogs do get adopted quickly so interested parties are encouraged to apply online at www.saspca.org.<br/><br/>Please ensure your application is complete before submitting. We do verify property ownership, landlord references, apartment/HOA restrictions, veterinary references.<br/><br/>Our adoption events are held every other Saturday at Petco located in the Northwoods Shopping Center at 18138 San Pedro Ave, San Antonio TX 78232. Please apply online at http://texasgreatdane.org/adoption-application/ **<br/><br/>- IMPORTANT INFORMATION -<br/><br/>SASPCA Homeward Bound Dog Rescue and San Antonio Great Dane Rescue are 501(c)(3) foster-based rescue groups based in San Antonio, Texas.<br/><br/>Our group focuses on assisting open admission shelters in South Texas where over 32,000 dogs and cats are euthanized each year.<br/><br/>Our puppies and dogs are completely vetted and live in foster homes. They are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and tested for heartworm disease.<br/><br/>All adoptions include one month of flea and heartworm preventative and a leash and collar.<br/><br/>We also host additional adoption events throughout the year.
