When we found Carl at the shelter, he was thin, patchy, and clearly hadn’t had the care he deserved. But even then, his tail never stopped wagging. With a little TLC, Carl has blossomed into the most lovable, snuggly boy you could imagine.<br/><br/>At 7 years old, Carl is ready to spend his golden years doing what he does best — loving everyone he meets. He absolutely adores people and getting all of the attention. His idea of heaven is curling up beside you, soaking up pets, and making sure you know you’re his favorite person in the world. He doesn't mind cats at all in the prison! Carl has been a little more dog selective since his ortho surgery.<br/><br/>Carl underwent orthopedic surgery for his luxating patella and has healed beautifully. He is still in a little bit of pain here and there- but much less than before.
