Carina is a 5 month old female maltese/poodle mix puppy and she weighs about 6 pounds. Carina is still growing, but we expect she will stay under 20 pounds when she is full grown, but we can't guarantee that. Carina arrived in rescue after her family realized they were not up for all things puppy and decided not to keep her. She has since been in a loving foster. She is an active puppy that will need a family up for all things puppyhood brings - leash training, house training, socialization and learning that flip flops are for feet, not food. Poodles (and poodle mixes) are very smart and very active and need a family that will understand this, as well as their grooming needs. Her foster mom says: Carina is a bubbly, playful pup who’s full of joy and energy! This happy, bouncy girl loves to zoom around, play games, and bring smiles wherever she goes. Carina is also a little talker, but only when she has something important to say! Pay attention when she speaks up, because she’s always got a reason. She gets along wonderfully with older kids and loves being part of the action. She is a lively, cheerful companion with a personality that shines.<br/><br/>Carina is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and on flea and heartworm prevention.<br/><br/>Carina is fostered in the Orlando area and her adoption donation is $525.
