After years of living on the streets, evading traps and having countless litters, she finally was trapped with her latest litter. Sadly, from years on the streets, fending for herself she was completely feral and shut down to humans. She had never been on a leash, was petrified of the world. After spending several months in the shelter, she joined SSBR and that’s where her transformation began….<br/><br/>Learning how to trust, learning how to be a dog, learning how to walk on a leash. She has completely blossomed at our Louisiana facility as she has began to feel safe! She walks on a leash and wags her tail! <br/><br/>Now… it’s time to find her forever home. She will go through a transition period with an environment change and will need a very patient, competent and understanding family that can walk through this transition with her.
