Camy

Camy is a 7-year-old Border Collie/Husky Mix. She came to us through a Good Samaritan who found her left in a dog park. We found several posts online showing she had been spotted several times across town for 3-4 weeks before finally being found in the dog park. Her previous owners never claimed her. We had no clue she was pregnant until her belly grew into a watermelon-sized ball, seemingly overnight! She gave birth to 9 healthy puppies who have all been adopted by the most wonderful families.<br/><br/>Camy is the sweetest, most lovable girl with very high energy. She does not like to be kenneled and only wants to go for walks or play. She needs a family with a very active lifestyle and/or another very active dog with a similar energy type to ensure a happy forever after. She gets along with most dogs but can be picky about others. She would be best suited for older kids. A very secure yard/play area is a must because she is an escape artist and will take off if she feels like it.
