He loves everyone he meets and good with dogs of all sizes. Cam has a rough start in life. However, it doesn’t stop him from loving and trusting humans. He is doing well in his foster home and ready for a forever home. Cam started some leash training and is learning at a good pace. He is crate-trained and doing well on his house training. Cam loves his trips to the doggie park and absolutely enjoys hiking in the woods. Cam is a wonderful dog and will make a good family dog. Cam and his brother, Camp, love each other. They can be adopted together or separately.

Cam’s Rescue Story

Cam and Camp were abandoned in a camping ground. They must have been starving for quite some time, they went up to people begging for food. They were rescued by a kind dog lover who went camping with her family. They were so sweet with them and followed them around begging for food. The next morning, they were still staying next to their tent. They immediately reached out to an international rescue organization. The founder of the rescue has over 180 dogs waiting for homes. However, she could not bear to see them starving on the streets. She agreed to take them in and give them a chance in life.

They had a thorough medical checkup. They had been neutered, vaccinated, microchip, and passed negative on their blood tests. Please give Cam & Camp a loving home together where they will never be left behind again.

Please watch Cam’s YouTube videos below:

https://youtu.be/Nwq9mIk8RL8 - Cam & Camp at Foster Home
https://youtu.be/m-tVevlzVIA - Cam chewing bone
https://youtu.be/QHO8XWwV-K0 - Cam no food aggression
https://youtu.be/_ELgm92gVlA – Cam with cats
https://youtu.be/iJuBtRrhnm4 - Cam good with cats
https://youtu.be/pTXwIaT5NWU - Cam & Camp with children
https://youtu.be/7cIKTssi4TM - Cam good with people
https://youtu.be/Aw7BJjIjzs4 - Cam & Camp playing
https://youtu.be/2245PpCHc3s - Cam walking
https://youtu.be/kPM6TjHqEGc - Cam & Camp walking
https://youtu.be/toK8PWjoBaU - Cam & Camp at airport
https://youtu.be/Qayr5i7wm_I - Cam at Doggie Park
https://youtu.be/_yvoIOAdqqE – Cam Hiking
https://youtu.be/dNIFOFuVt60 - Cam & Camp love water
https://youtu.be/4KquRFZz6UY - Cam & Camp training

If you would like to give CAM & CAMP a forever home together, please go to www.adoptadoggie.org to fill out an online application with your home photos.
You can also email your home environment photos to contact@adoptadoggie.org
Once we receive your application, we will get back to you ASAP.

Adopt a Doggie Facebook:
https://www.facebook.com/pages/Adopt-a-Doggie/312107112299799

Temperament:
Energy Level: Medium
Ideal home environment: Both Quiet & Active
Is the dog good with strangers: Friendly
The dog is best with children of what age group?
