Hello, I'm Callie! I landed myself in rescue when my "family" dumped me in front of ARFhouse one day; threw me out of the car and took off. It took the ARF folks about a week to catch me; I was so scared and so shy, but never once acted aggressively. It took several weeks for me to warm up; that can happen when a dog is thrown out like trash by the people she trusted most in the world, but as soon as I was able to come out of my shell, I showed them just how resilient we Pit Bulls can be! <br/><br/>I am a silly, sassy girl; I am approximately 3-4 years old and I weigh 52 lbs. I get along great with other dogs and I love to run and play! I am still very shy when you take me out of my element, it will take me a little longer to come out of my shell in a new environment than most dogs, but I promise I will and I will show you how much love I have to give! Because of my size and energy level, I would not be suitable for an apartment; I will need a fenced yard so that I may run and play outside as I please. <br/><br/>The fee to adopt Callie is $200.00; this includes spay/neuter, deworming, vaccinations and a microchip.
