Callie #18's Story

Callie #18 is a 1-year-old, 54-lb yellow Labrador Retriever with a playful spirit and a very sweet personality. She is a happy girl who is curious about everything around her, as much of the world is still new to her. Callie loves to play and is eager to learn. Because she is still discovering new things, she would likely thrive in a home with another friendly dog who could help show her the ropes and build her confidence. Like many young Labs, Callie could use a little work on the leash, but with consistency and guidance she should do wonderfully. She is a lovely young dog with so much potential and will make a wonderful companion for a family willing to continue helping her learn and grow. She also would do best with older kids as she has never been around toddlers or young children.

If you’re looking for a sweet, playful young Lab to welcome into your home, Callie #18 may be the perfect match.

For additional information about Callie #18 please email Ann Hilchey: ann.hilchey@labs4rescue.org

Callie #18 is being fostered in Connecticut.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: We receive many questions about our adoption process from potential adopters, most of which can be answered by viewing our "Adopt a Lab" page on our full-service website, (https://labs4rescue.com/adopt).
