Caligo: RIDGE DOG GRADUATE @ LOCAL PRISON FACILITY's Story

Hi, my name is Caligo, but I go by Cali. I'm an year old mixed breed female. My handlers at Coyote Ridge suggested that perhaps I'm mixed with Pit, Beagle and scaredy cat. So I'm a sweetheart by nature although I do get extremely nervous with strangers, crowds or loud noisy environments. The worst is loud, noisy crowds of strangers. In that scenario you might as well have me star in a horror movie because I'm pretty sure that crowds of people are really zombies in disguise hunting for living canine flesh. But as for those I'm comfortable around I'm a loving and playful girl.
Whenever no zombies are around I can do all of my cues and I know a few tricks as well. I love to play. I like Nyla bones, balls and chew toys. My favorite is playing tug. But I also love running around with other dogs as well. I haven't met any dogs I don't get along with. Also, I'm more comfortable and confident with other dogs. If you decide to take me for a walk (cue "zombie" by the Cranberries) I will be on high alert and on zombie lookout duty unless there's nobody around. Have some treats on hand to distract me from the scary creatures otherwise I'm outta there.
I'm a good girl. I'm really sweet and well behaved when left alone. The guys at Coyote Ridge like how eager I am to please my people. If you have any questions on my training please don't hesitate to contact Coyote Ridge. Also the guys asked me to ask you if once I'm all settled if you wouldn't mind sending an update on how I'm doing with maybe a photo as well. Ok, that's enough of that.
