Cake's Story

My name is Cake because I'm so sweet! I haven't had the best start on life, but I know it will get better. Everyone is taking good care of me so that I can be adopted soon.<br/><br/>FOSTER REASON: I am being treated for heartworms, so I will need a calm home to relax in due to being under exercise restriction while undergoing treatment. This means I will need to be a couch potato and go for leash walks only! My foster family should also be comfortable bringing me to the SPCA of Texas periodically for vet visits. <br/><br/>While I'm not available for adoption yet, I am available for foster-to-adopt! Please email foster@spca.org to schedule an appointment to meet me.
