Cain's Story

Cain just joined us from a remote northern Quebec First Nations community. He made plenty of friends yesterday on his Critter Cab run to Toronto and we can't wait to learn more about his personality. We were lucky to welcome four of his siblings last spring and all were adopted and are thriving in their new homes. Mom was a small red hound and we have no idea about dad, but Cain is similar in size to his mom. He is thriving in the foster home with a female Shepherd mix who is much larger and they play very well together. <br/>Cain will see one of our vet partners this week to update vaccines, schedule his neuter and will soon be ready for adoptions. Stay tuned for updates as we get to know more about this friendly boy.
