Our standard application processing timeline is 12 - 14 days. <br/><br/>Personality | Super sweet and happy! She's a cuddly gal who prefers being on your lap! She's got an adventurous spirit and isn't scared to explore new things and meet new people. She still loves a good cuddle sesh on your lap once she's done exploring! She also gives the best kisses once she's cuddled up in your lap!<br/><br/>Story | Born to an oops litter in rural Texas. Fortunately, a local rescue group came to the rescue and reached out to MHLM to help find them homes! <br/><br/>Other Dogs | Great with other dogs! She's being fostered with a 1-year old big dog who enjoys following around and playing with! She's also being fostered with a grumpy, older dog who she's been respectful towards when he gives warning cues. She is not intimidated by the two big dogs she lives with and will happily wrestle and cuddle with both of them as often as they let her. :)<br/><br/>Cats | She is being fostered with a kitty and is doing well so far! She tries to play a bit rough with the kitty, thinking he's another puppy, and will need continued redirection and training on how to be gentle with kitties if she moves into a home with a kitty. <br/><br/>Children | She is young enough to do well with kind, respectful kiddos.<br/><br/>Training | She is a young puppy working on crate training and potty training in her foster home. She takes naps throughout the day in her crate while her foster mom works from home. She is doing great with her crate training and goes right in her crate when it's time for nap time and at night for bedtime! She's also sleeping though the night in her crate in the living room! She is very smart and very food motivated and is learning how to be the best puppy very quickly!<br/><br/>Leash | In progress. She's still a baby who isn't fully vaccinated so she has gotten much leash walking exposure yet!<br/><br/>Activity Level | Moderate, like most lab puppies! She loves to play with both hard and soft toys and wrestling with her foster siblings!<br/><br/>Health Notes | Healthy and happy :)<br/><br/>Thank you! | <br/><br/>Adoption Donations | Our adoption donations are $575 for dogs 8 weeks to 1 year old, $525 for 1 - 6 years old, $475 for dogs 7 - 10 years old, and $350 for 11+ years of age. Purebred dogs regardless of age are $625. These minimum donations help to defer the costs of initial vet care, food, transportation to Colorado, and supplies while in foster care (that currently average over $750 per dog).<br/><br/>Meeting Dogs | Foster dogs may have meet and greets by appointment to approved applicants only. To become an approved applicant - please complete the application process. We will not respond to emails about animal availability or allow meet and greets without an approved adoption application on file. <br/><br/>Please Note | Available dogs are updated as soon as possible and we do our best to keep it up-to-date, but occasionally dogs shown may become unavailable without notice due to a pending adoption. We can not guarantee that a dog you wish to adopt is available by the time your adoption application is submitted, processed, and approved. Your application is good for one year from the date of applying for any dog as long as it is a good fit for your family and your lifestyle.<br/><br/> <br/><br/>We encourage you to put in an application even if you don't see your new family member currently, as once you are approved, we can place you on the waiting list for first priority on the selection of the dogs we do bring in. That means you can often meet a dog upon transport arrival and adopt before they even make it to this page!
