Buttercup's Story

Meet Buttercup, a 2 year old snuggle bug who is looking for her furever home! Buttercup is a very sweet and affectionate dog that is a little shy at first, but takes to new people relatively quickly. We do still recommend a slow intro to any visitors or guests in the home. She does enjoy playing with toys, but we have found that her favorite thing to do is to be with someone so that she can get pets and scratches. She likes to stay with you and is very affectionate. She would do best in a home with no other animals as she has a high prey drive and also doesn't find most other dogs agreeable. Buttercup would love a home with older children, or a home that is slower paced as she likes to take her time and enjoy a slower paced life.
