Buttercup's Story

She's so much more than just a pretty face! Meet Buttercup, an 11-week-old, 12 lb Shepherd mix (best guess!) who's playful, friendly, and an extra snuggly girl once she's done with playtime. She loves romping around with her siblings, bravely exploring the world, being cuddled like a baby, and sticking close to her humans wherever they go. Buttercup is still in her puppy mouthy phase, so a home without small kids is best. She's microchipped, vaccinated, and will be spayed by the rescue when she's old enough. Located on Long Island. Her adoption fee is $700.

Please review the following requirements prior to submitting an application: All applicants must be at least 25 years of age or older. We require a secure traditionally fenced yard (not electric) yard in order to adopt. *Occasionally exception are made for apartments/condos.* All current pets must be spayed/neutered, up to date with vaccines, and current on heart worm pill and flea and tick pill.
