BUSTER (TX)'s Story

Transport Available! We adopt to approved homes throughout Texas and many out-of-state locations.

Buster is a 5-month-old pup with a heart as big as his goofy personality. When he first entered rescue, he was extremely shy and unsure of the world, but with patience, decompression, and love from his foster, he has completely blossomed. Buster now enjoys playing outside, being around people he trusts, and showing off his silly side. He would thrive in a home with a backyard where he can run, explore, and continue building his confidence. Buster is proof that sometimes the best transformations just need a little time and love.

Forgotten Paws's Adoption Policy
Our adoption process is designed to ensure the best match between pets and families. It starts with an online application, followed by a review of references and (if applicable) landlord approval. We then arrange a meet-and-greet or home visit to make sure everyone is comfortable. Once approved, adopters sign an adoption agreement, pay an adoption fee (which helps cover vetting and care), and take their new pet home knowing it’s been fully vetted and loved. We’re here to support adopters before, during, and after adoption to set everyone up for success.
