This 1-year-old Chihuahua mix was surrendered when his previous owner no longer wanted him, but that hasn’t dimmed his joyful spirit one bit. In fact, he may just be the happiest little guy you’ll ever meet.

Weighing just 12 pounds, Buster is a super happy, friendly, and incredibly versatile pup. He would do wonderfully with a family, a couple, or a single person — truly, he’s the kind of dog who fits beautifully into almost any home. All we really know for sure is that he is absolutely perfect.

Buster is snuggly, affectionate, and loves being near his people. He’s playful without being overwhelming and has a sweet, easygoing personality that makes him such a joy to have around. Whether it’s cuddle time on the couch or playtime with friends, Buster is all in.

He is fully potty trained and also comfortable using pee pads. He does not have accidents in the house, which has made his transition into foster care smooth and stress-free. He is also crate trained and has great leash manners.

Buster gets along wonderfully with both big and small dogs. While he hasn’t been around cats yet in Wisconsin, he did fine with them in Georgia. He’s also great with kids, making him an excellent match for many different types of households.

Now that he’s safe in Wisconsin, Buster is ready to find a forever home as amazing as he is — one where he will be loved, cherished, and treated like the perfect little companion he truly is.

Age: 1 year
Gender: Male
Weight: 12 lbs
Breed: Chihuahua mix
Neutered: Yes
Potty Trained: Yes (also pee pad trained, no accidents)
Crate Trained: Yes
Leash Manners: Yes
Good with Dogs: Yes (big and small)
Good with Cats: Previously yes (in Georgia)
Good with Kids: Yes

Buster has so much love, happiness, and snuggles to give — now he just needs his forever family.

If you’re interested in fostering or adopting Buster, please apply today:
www.muttlife.org

Adoption fees include the cost of spay/neuter procedure, up to date dewormer, vaccinations, and heartworm prevention (age appropriate).
NOTE: THE BREED LISTED FOR EACH DOG IS OUR BEST GUESS WITH THE HELP OF OUR VETERINARIANS.
