Buster

This is the miracle dog Buster. Found in Houston, Texas on the side of the road tied up in a trash bag. From the moment Busters finder ripped open the trash bag, Buster was forever grateful introducing himself through a multitude of happy licks and tail wags. Sadly, Buster was later diagnosed the next day with the deadly virus known as Parvo. Miraculously Buster was able to become the first dog in Houston to receive the new life-saving Parvo treatment and make a full recovery. He is now a gentle giant in search for his forever home. <br/><br/>Buster has been with his finder/foster since last December of 2023. This foster has been able to carefully examine busters behaviors, traits and training/listening skills since he was a 5 month old puppy. Buster is an extremely social, non-aggressive dog with a loving personality. We refer to Buster as a gentle giant,weighing about 65lbs, as he goes out of his way to play easy with small dogs and puppies. He can be vocal at times when he’s excited, and usually when he’s around his other dog friends! Buster is very easy to take care of and still shows his gratitude for being saved everyday. Buster has a great recall off leash outside when his name is called. He is fully house trained and crate trained. He loves to stay busy with a ball or sock in his mouth for comfort. Buster does a great job listening to commands and waiting for instruction. Buster will go anywhere with you and stay by your side the whole way.
