Bunny's Story

Meet Bunny!

The perfect 30-lb blend of "small dog snuggles" and "big dog adventure," Bunny is an 8-month-old poodle mix ready to hop straight into her forever home! True to her name, this fun-loving girl is bursting with a sweet, joyful spirit that is completely contagious.

Bunny is a social butterfly who absolutely adores making new friends. She is a total rockstar with other dogs and is perfectly good with cats, making her an amazing addition to a multi-pet household. If you already have a dog sibling looking for a partner-in-crime, Bunny is volunteering for the job!

An explorer at heart, Bunny loves nothing more than being outdoors, checking out new sights, and "ramping" around the yard. She is already a pro on the leash, so she is fully prepared to be your favorite walking companion. Don't let her playful energy fool you, though—once the outdoor adventures are done, Bunny is a world-class cuddler who will happily melt into your lap for some well-deserved snooze time (especially if snacks are involved!).

This girl is also whip-smart! While she started out a little behind on her housebreaking, her brilliant poodle brain kicked into gear, and she has been picking it up incredibly fast. She loves to learn and pleases her humans every chance she gets.

Bunny is looking for an active family—ideally one with another dog friend—who can keep up with her fun spirit and give her all the love she deserves.

If you think Bunny may be the one for you, please go to our website at www.wagstorichesanimalrescue.org and fill out an application to adopt. Please be sure to include a vet reference as regular vet care is important to us for the health of all our adopted dogs. With approval and a $295 adoption donation, she will be ready to accompany you on all of life’s many adventures! Bunny is spayed, microchipped, fecal tested clean of internal parasites and up to date on all her vaccinations, including rabies.
