What a great smile! BUMPY is an adorable American Bulldog mix. He's 3 years old and weighs a compact and stocky 50 lbs. Bumpy is silly and fun and playful! He loves to play with squeaky toys and balls and run around the yard. He's got a lot of energy. Bumpy is good with other dogs and lived with other dogs in his previous home (his owners were evicted and Bumpy and his friends had nowhere to go). Bumpy is very friendly and such a happy boy. He'll be a wonderful little buddy for someone looking for an active companion!
ADOPTING A PET
We are open for meet and greet adoptions at our shelter on weekends. No appointment is necessary for weekend adoptions. Our weekend hours vary and we also have satellite adoption events every weekend. We are also open Monday through Friday by appointment. Please contact us by phone at 913-321-1445 or by email at petadoptions@kckpd.org to schedule your appointment during weekdays.
If you have a dog or children we ask that you bring them with you to meet our dogs to make sure it is a good match.
Our dogs have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and tested for heartworms (if 7 months or older).
