Bumi

Bumi is a 6.8 pound 2-year-old Pomeranian with a curiosity for everything he encounters. He walks good on a leash and loves to explore! When it's time to relax, he is more than eager to jump in your lap (or on your shoulders) and wait for you to shower him with attention. He feels that he should have all the attention before any other dogs in the house. Personal space is not in his vocabulary yet. He needs someone to continue helping him with his manners.<br/><br/>Bumi likes to be around his people. He LOVES kids and is great with cats and dogs also. <br/><br/>Bumi is potty trained and is an expert at using the doggy door. He does good in a kennel, but will bark if other dogs are allowed to roam free while he's confined. He does alert bark and will bark at people and animals that pass by his house. What do you expect, he is a Pomeranian. :) Hearing other dogs bark reminds him that he knows how to do that too and he will gladly join in. An apartment or shared walls would not be a good fit for Bumi.<br/><br/>He is apprehensive when meeting new people, but warms up quickly. When he thinks he is going to get in trouble, he will give attitude when approached for correction.
